There are LOTS of Bible reading plans out there, and here in myOTA, we're committed to helping YOU find joy in Jesus by digging into His Word each day.
Right now we're reading through John's Epistles together, and I just LOVE hearing your insights as we open the Word together.
But what if you want to read something other than the Bible reading plan we're on?
Of course, you could choose one of the reading plans from our myOTA archives.
Or.... you can create your own reading plan, either for yourself or a group of women you're leading!
I promise, you can do it!
It's simple, and in this Bible study tutorial, I'll show you exactly how to do it, creating a thematic Bible reading plan on LOVE.
Here are the 10 steps I walk you through in the video above:
- Pray for the Holy Spirit's guidance
- Determine the topic
- Write your purpose
- Search an online concordance
- Brainstorm related phrases
- Write each reference on paper
- Read each passage with your purpose in mind
- Select relevant passages
- Determine the length of your plan
- Write out your plan
That's it! I know it looks like a lot of steps, but once you actually do it, you'll see it won't take more than 30-60 minutes, and then you have a tailor-made Bible reading plan just for you!
I’m excited to see what you come up with!
